A small, plain agreement between us.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Hailo Grow platform (the "Service"), provided by Hailo Global Ltd. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Who we are
The Service is provided by Hailo Global Ltd, a company registered in the United Kingdom.
Registered address: 23 Kirby Road, Newthorpe, Nottingham, NG16 3QA, United Kingdom.
Contact: contact@hailo.global.
The Service
Hailo Grow helps churches publish event pages, capture visitor sign-ups, send approved follow-up communications, and optionally draft Meta (Facebook/Instagram) outreach for human approval. During our pilot, the Service is provided free of charge. We may introduce paid plans in future, with reasonable notice.
Your account
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account on behalf of your church.
Acceptable use
- Use the Service for genuine ministry — events, visitors, and follow-up for your church or organisation.
- Don't upload content you don't have the right to share.
- Don't use the Service to send spam, harass anyone, or contact people who haven't asked to hear from you.
- Don't attempt to break, reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service.
- Don't use the Service for anything unlawful, fraudulent, or that infringes someone else's rights.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules. Where reasonably possible, we'll contact you first.
Your content and data
You retain all rights to the content you upload (event details, images, visitor lists, follow-up messages). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, store, transmit and display that content as needed to provide the Service.
Personal data is handled in line with our Privacy Policy.
Approval-first publishing
The Service does not publish posts, send messages to your visitors, or spend money on advertising on your behalf without your explicit approval inside the product. Where you connect third-party services (such as Meta), you remain responsible for the content you approve and for complying with that third party's terms.
Third-party services
The Service may integrate with third-party platforms (for example Meta, email delivery providers, or payment processors). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services or any losses arising from them.
Our intellectual property
The Hailo Grow software, branding, designs and documentation are owned by Hailo Global Ltd and protected by intellectual property law. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your church's internal purposes during the term of these Terms.
Availability and changes
We work hard to keep the Service reliable, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update, modify or discontinue features at any time. Where changes materially reduce functionality you rely on, we'll give reasonable notice.
Termination and account deletion
You can stop using the Service and close your account at any time. If you are the owner of a church, you may delete your account directly from the Settings page in the application. This will permanently remove your personal data and, if you are the sole member, all data associated with your church. If other members remain, your membership will be removed but the church data will be preserved.
You can also request account closure by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. On termination, we will delete or return your data in line with our Privacy Policy.
Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hailo Global Ltd will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.
Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service and these Terms is limited to the greater of (a) the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) £100. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Hailo Global Ltd harmless from any claims, losses and expenses arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws give you the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we'll notify account holders by email and update the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
